Nicky has provided training on Vicarious Trauma to the doctors in our Primary Care Department. She is a very effective trainer with a warm, supportive style. The knowledge she shared and her suggestions were very well applied to the specific issues these doctors face in their work with children. Each attendee left the class having the tools to identify the specific symptoms of Vicarious Trauma in oneself as well as effective means to cope with them. We hope to have her return to do more presentations in the future."
